He rose, running a hand through his graying hair and gave his glasses a push. He was in the process of descending the grand staircase when the huge front doors opened for a moment and let a flurry of snow in, along with some silvery shafts of moonlight. He heard his son curse for a moment. Lord Reagan conjured a fireball that illuminated that part of the house.
